Bringing manufacturing in-house to be able to grow the business. - No lead times besides the manufacturing cycle it self - Low cost in manufacturing even when hiring a person 15-20€ and own overhead. The profit that the manufacturer makes stays now within the company. - Prototyping can be done the same day and changes are done on the spot same day. Depending what product it can be done from prototype to first test batch within 1 - 2 weeks. - Affordable to do small test batch runs to see how the market react before investing time, resources and money into bulk production. - Quality control is done very strict and within the company meeting up always the expectations. If something goes wrong it is noticed early and easy to correct.

As we are now August 2020, we already went over last years total turnover, even with a set back due to Corona, we have done good work thanks due to this project. Due to the increase in sales we had to change strategy a bit. Instead of manufacturing our own products, we now use the CNC machine for rapid prototyping and outsourcing our production. This made it possible to gain faster turnaround times meaning we could deliver more and faster and our turnover grows. It also made it possible to open up new ideas. The new activities that have, thanks to this project is we do prototyping and small production series for small companies (one of them being Teatiamo) and we managed to open a new product line which will be high end knives.
